Improve BICE Investments service experience for users in the affluent and active segment, increasing engagement with BICE, contracting new products, and generating less operational burden for the executive.
Customers in the affluent and active segment cannot track their investment product performance in real time and are easily accessible.
Improving digital experience for tracking investments in Bice.cl would reduce the executive's operational burden and increase their attraction level of commercial opportunities, in addition to improving customer experience.

Blueprint service was determined using data collected in the interviews and survey, alongside executives’ aid. An activity was performed with 8 executives to validate the hypothesis on the map.

This tool helps decision-making about features proposed by stakeholders and designers to the MVP.
Testing consisted in asking the user to perform a certain task during the session. Once finished, information was processed and insights about the usability and visual characteristics of the page proposal were obtained.
Main objetive
Determine whether data visualization provides adequate information to make operational decisions about BICE accounts in order to encourage users to contact their account executive and use the investment summary page.

The team is currently working on the app mobile for this design, and we are developing different improvements to the desktop version (using "continuous discovery")
